Who has the most technology wins!
I think for years most REALTORS have been fighting the technology takeover that isn't coming, but that has already happened. QR codes are one example of what the buyers are demanding. Instant Information! Buyers no longer wish to be denied information just as they do when they are shopping for anything online.
QR codes is a way to provide them with the photos of the home, listing information, purchase price, upgrades, agent contact information, market data and so much more.
All they have to do is log on, drive by and/or check their mail pull out their smart phone and scan the image and Voila! They have all the information that they need to make the decision on whether to view this property or not.
So this is why I say technology is here and here to stay. It moves faster and faster everyday so make sure that you are getting the most tech savvy agent you can find in your area. They are who is going to get your home out as much as possible to as many buyers as possible!

Do you agree?
Do you agree that these are trends you would want in a new home?http://realestate.msn.com/article.aspx?cp-documentid=26685367
Do you hear what I hear......me saying?
It is extremely important for buyers to listen to what the professionals they have chosen to work with are telling them. Buyers as do most people in situations that are a bit overwhelming have a tendency to only hear certain things and then morph those "things" into a tone all their own.
We are hear to help and to help you understand what is happening. If you have a question do not panic or not ask your agent because you assume the answer is bad or even more confusing. We all know what happens when we assume, right? If you are having trouble with how something is being explained to you ask someone else, or ask whomever you are talking to to explain it using a scenario or another way. Tell them you do not understand.
When you are looking to buy a home take it step by step and trust your agent, inspector's and lender. Remember unless you are buying a new home it is like buying a used car. There are going to be some things wrong and most of them can be fixed. It is a process and a normally unpredictable one at that, so listen carefully and trust your way through it!
